Important Policies

Nnekesbeauty wants to assure you’ll be 100% satisfied with your hair and overall experience. I know how important taming your crown is on a day to day basis, so when you sit in my chair I want you to leave feeling more fabulous than when you first walked in. I communicate as clear as I possibly can with each and everyone one my guest. We set up regimens for your hair journey & seek positive reactions moving forwards. Whatever is discussed prior, during or after your appointment will be tended to. I’m not the type of stylist to just take your money and ignore your concerns. I want to help you fix them and in doing this this will strengthen our stylist-guest experience in the future. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your hair I am happy to make any adjustments in a timely manner. This will be considered a corrective service if something is not right for you.

There are limitations to correction services to protect all parties involved:

  • I offer no refunds on deposits, holding fees, and or services rendered, products and hair purchases. Over the phone consult is still recommended for returning guest when booking future appointments. Price varies for all services but an invoice is sent out at time of booking. Be sure to look over all my services in case you wanted to try something new.

  •  To avoid any mishaps please be sure to schedule your consultation prior to booking any services I offer online. It’s imperative we go through what works and what doesn’t work to ensure we are seeing eye to eye. 

  • If there are mistakes within your color/extensions performed the day of service, I will always make note of it and give you the option to correct it at the time of service if my schedule allows or within 10 days of service performed. You will have to book and pay full price for any service that is not corrected in the 10 day grace period. Often times if this is the case my prices are discounted a certain amount to be fair to both parties. 

  • Any changes made to your hair by yourself, or someone else including other stylist will void any changes allotted during the 10 day grace period. 

  • In order to qualify for a correction service you must invest in the recommended retail products, and or k18 take home for proper care of the service at home. 

The fee for correction service is $20 per bowl of color or lightener required to make the adjustments.

*If a color correction process is in progress and box color, which is any form of non-professional color, is present, you will not be eligible for a correction service unless the desired result is achieved in one sitting. This will be clarified during the consultation to avoid any surprises.

*Additional toners, treatments and other necessary services will be priced (fairly) in each specific case.

Cancellations:

If you have to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please do so at least 48 Hours in advance. Giving 48 hours or more allows for me to place another waiting guest in that spot. If canceling 2 hours or less before the appointment time, this will be marked under no show policy listed below. 

 

Late Appointments:

Please come to your scheduled appointment on time with CLEAN AND DRY HAIR for color services only, If you happen to be late, I do understand that things happen, please update me on your new arrival time. I will try to accommodate with the new timing, however, that may leave a chance at having to reschedule the entire appointment. 

A grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals. After 15 minutes the appointment will be canceled or rescheduled, and charged under No Show Policy.

 

No Show Appointments:

In the case of a no show you will be charged 50% of your missed appointment and will be required to pay a 50% deposit before booking your next appointment. No shows will run the risk of me no longer providing or booking for your services.
